SYMPOSIUM DETAILS:

The 19th IAFDS will be held at Università degli Studi di Cagliari in Sardinia, Italy.  IAFDS will begin on Sunday, 14 June 2026, with a student workshop on “Responsible Use of Generative AI in Research”, hosted by Professors Charlie Cai from the University of Liverpool and Robert Faff, Corvinus University, followed by a welcome reception. Day 1 of the symposium begins on Monday, 15 June, followed by a gala dinner in the evening. The symposium will conclude on Tuesday, 16 June.  You can view information about the local area here.

We are delighted to share that the Call for Papers for the 19th International Accounting & Finance Doctoral Symposium has been a great success this year!

Acceptance notifications have now been issued to students - Congratulations to all doctoral candidates whose work has been accepted for presentation at this year’s symposium. Registration for the 2026 event is now closed. We look forward to welcoming you in Cagliari!
